Job Summary
Check in new and existing patients per state and CRA requirements, verify legal age, and register customers in the POS system. Monitor customer queues, answer calls with professional etiquette, and provide information on products, store hours, and promotions. Assist with curbside and online orders, maintain current menus, and perform opening, mid-day, and closing tasks. Support store management in an administrative capacity while ensuring Michigan and CRA compliance in all interactions. Arrive scheduled shifts on time, presentably dressed, and ready for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment
- 1 year of previous administrative and/or Front Desk Receptionist experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
- Exceptional hospitality skills
- Ability to operate a computer, POS system, and other office equipment
- Ability to move up to 30 pounds on occasion
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work varied hours/day, including nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events on occasion
