Job Summary
Greet guests with warm, personalized service and act as the central information hub connecting employees, visitors, and vendors to the right resources. Manage guest concerns via phone, email, or tickets while ensuring proper registration, tracking, and organization of visitor data, parking logs, and security access cards. Support physical security by issuing badges, tracking on-boarding and off-boarding processes, and maintaining badge inventory. Coordinate onsite events through organized check-ins and support facility management by triaging issues and handling courier packages and mail. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm at JLL's Chelsea Market location in New York. This role embodies JLL's hospitality standards, requiring self-accountability through participation in management-led hospitality audits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of customer service related experience, preferably from hotels, resorts, retail, fine dining restaurants, luxury guest service environments, or tech corporate offices
- Proficiency in Google Suite, with flexibility to quickly adapt to new processes and systems implemented by management
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written; proficiency in English required
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages
- Confidence to enforce security policies and manage friction points (e.g., unannounced vendors) while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- High-energy with eagerness to learn and go above and beyond
- Perfect time and attendance record essential
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
