Job Summary
Receptionist/Insurance Clerk handles check-in/out, appointment scheduling, payments, phone inquiries, insurance verification, and data entry in electronic health records, while delivering exemplary customer service and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- BLS certification
- One year customer service experience
- Medical office or healthcare experience preferred
