Job Summary
Receptionist in-office role supporting First American Direct in Albuquerque: greet and assist visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, gather/review/prepare documents, maintain accounts, set up appointments, assemble document packages, receive and route mail, and manage office supplies and equipment. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, be detail-oriented, thrive in a team, and provide a positive customer experience; prior office/public-facing experience is preferred. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
