Job Summary
Receptionist role handling a high-volume switchboard, greeting visiting employees and guests, and providing clerical support including data entry, mail distribution, and maintaining calendars. Responsibilities include screening calls, directing inquiries, coordinating domestic and international travel, arranging meetings and video conferences, managing travel and expense reimbursements, and ensuring confidentiality and security protocols. Requires a high school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience; MS Office proficiency and familiarity with Concur and Salesforce preferred; strong communication, reliability, punctuality, and professional relationship skills. Potential for occasional after-hours availability.
