Job Summary

Receptionist for Commercial team in Nelspruit. You will be the first point of contact handling phone calls, greeting customers and visitors, coordinating meeting room bookings, and providing general administrative and front-of-house support. You will manage the reception area, take and relay messages promptly, handle post and courier services, and maintain neat, well-presented surroundings in line with company standards. Requires Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and at least 2 years of receptionist/front-of-house experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong customer service. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent verbal communication, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions independently. Required Qualifications
