Job Summary
Greets visitors immediately upon arrival and professionally handles all phone calls, routing callers or answering questions in a timely and courteous manner. Offers refreshments to visitors where applicable, manages doctor and beauty appointment books, and acts as concierge for residents by handling tasks such as calling taxis, resolving telephone or cable problems, and checking newspaper deliveries. Keeps the lobby clean, neat, and free of clutter and trash while providing support for computer processing duties as appropriate. Full-time day shift from 8AM to 4PM with a wage range of $17 to $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others
