Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with appropriate tax professionals. Schedule appointments as requested and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels. Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members while handling other duties as assigned. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role supports H&R Block's mission to help people make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
