Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner while matching them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all service needs are met whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources alongside team members. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role requires experience in fast-paced customer service environments, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is preferred, and flexibility to work varying schedules is essential.
