Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all service requirements are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels. Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members while handling other duties as assigned. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role supports H&R Block's mission to help people make confident financial decisions.
Required Qualifications
