Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner, then match them with the best-suited tax professional. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all needs are met during service whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members while handling other duties as assigned. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role requires experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, strong organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with sales/marketing experience preferred.
