Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with the best-suited tax professional. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members while performing other duties as assigned. This seasonal role requires experience in fast-paced customer service environments and strong time-management skills. Flexible schedules are available to balance work with family or school commitments.
Required Qualifications
