Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all service requirements are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels. Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization while assisting with other assigned duties. This seasonal role supports the franchise location's mission to help clients make confident decisions about their lives and careers.
Required Qualifications
