Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs and schedule them as requested. Ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Assist with other duties as assigned. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role supports H&R Block franchise locations, helping clients make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
