Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner, then match them with the best-suited tax professional and schedule appointments as requested. Ensure all client needs are met during service whether in person, over the phone, or virtually while maintaining office cleanliness and organizing resources with team members. Complete other duties as assigned in this fast-paced, seasonal role at an independently owned franchise location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
