Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with appropriate tax professionals. Schedule appointments as requested and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels. Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. This seasonal role supports the franchise team in helping clients make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
