Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner while matching them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all client needs are met during service whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members while handling other duties as assigned. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role supports H&R Block's mission to help people make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
