Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with appropriate tax professionals. Schedule appointments as requested and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels. Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members while handling other assigned duties. This seasonal role requires working in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
