Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner while matching them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all service needs are met whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources alongside team members. Perform other duties as assigned in this seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role at an independently owned franchise location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
