Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner while matching them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences and help ensure all client needs are met during service whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources alongside team members. This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role requires experience in fast-paced customer service environments and strong organizational skills. You must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work flexible schedules.
