Job Summary
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs and schedule them according to their preferences. Help ensure all client needs are met during service whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members while performing other duties as assigned. This seasonal role requires experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
