Job Summary
Answer phones, greet clients personally, and match them with the best-suited tax professional. Schedule clients according to their preferences and ensure all service needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels. Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization while assisting with other duties as assigned. This seasonal role supports H&R Block's mission to help people make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
