Answer the telephone professionally, directing calls and taking messages while maintaining current resident and staff directories. Greet visitors, assist inquiries regarding resident and facility information, and announce emergency codes over the public address system as required. May fax, photocopy information, and accept job applications to forward to appropriate departments. Requires exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette in a normal office environment.
