Job Summary
Receptionist role focused on on-site front-desk tasks in Warsaw: manage desk phone, greet and welcome visitors, provide information, handle messages, receive guests, maintain a neat reception area and boardrooms, assist with deliveries and mail, support office coordination and building management, assist in office-supply inventories, process SAP-related invoices and collaborate with Procurement, back up for local buyers, and perform ad hoc administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills, incl. persuasion, negotiation and feedback
- Detail-oriented and efficient person, able to flex priorities to current needs and deliver a consistent level of work
