Job Summary
Provide high-standard receptionist and facilities support at JLL's Melbourne site. Responsibilities include managing front-desk interactions with visitors and employees, handling phone and email inquiries, coordinating meeting rooms and catering, maintaining reception and common areas, managing the facilities inbox/helpdesk, organizing mail and packages, coordinating vendor relationships for services such as cleaning and maintenance, and supporting overall workplace communications. Requires strong customer service, teamwork, communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in financial/investment banking services, hotel, or corporate reception is preferred; First Aid certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
