Job Summary
Receptionist at PRI Consultants; first point of contact for clients, greeting visitors and guiding visits; perform clerical tasks to support daily operations (answering calls, email inquiries, scheduling meetings, mail/distribution, data entry, document formatting, and various office coordination duties). Ensure a professional, organized front desk; assist with HR planning for group events and general office operations across locations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
- Prior reception or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly preferred
- Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- Presents professionally and takes pride in representing the company well
- Warm, welcoming manner with clients and colleagues
- Professional demeanor in a client-facing environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage a busy front desk
- Takes initiative and is comfortable with a varied, hands-on role
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- In-office role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
