Job Summary
Receptionist to answer and accurately direct phone calls and greet visitors positively and professionally. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls and relaying messages, providing information, directing guests and issuing guest badges, handling mail and packages, managing office supplies, performing administrative and clerical tasks (updating spreadsheets and running reports), and performing other duties as requested. Requires proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook and a professional, detail-oriented team player attitude. Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with benefits, PTO, holidays, training and development opportunities, and a collaborative office culture.
Required Qualifications
