Job Summary

Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisation; liaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processes; prepare and manage medical files for appointments; provide administrative support to consultants; respond to client enquiries (reports, invoicing, status updates); conduct outbound calls to promote services and increase referrals; build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants; support team activities, including reception duties as needed; proficient use of Microsoft Office; positive, client-focused approach and strong communication/organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

  • experience in case management/medical reporting (desirable)
