Job Summary
Receptionist/Concierge will perform a variety of accounting-related and confidential clerical duties at the residence, including maintaining department files, handling mail, answering telephone and greeting visitors, processing daily bank deposits and accounts payable/receivable, resolving resident or family member concerns, and performing related duties as required. Requires a secondary school education or equivalent, prior experience in a similar role, and proficiency with Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a similar position (including a working knowledge of office procedures and elementary bookkeeping)
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of Word and Excel
