Job Summary
Receptionist at Conviva Senior Primary Care: welcome patients and visitors, answer and route calls, schedule and coordinate appointments, manage patient records in EMR/CRM, collect copays, maintain a tidy reception area, and support administrative tasks. Role includes TB screening, familiarity with value-based care processes, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish. Works with supervisors and medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow in a physician practice setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of experience in a healthcare setting preferred but will consider candidates with a Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers
- Excellent customer service
- Team player
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
