Job Summary
Receptionist role based at the West Leederville CEWA office in Western Australia. Casual position with two daily shifts (8:00am–1:00pm and 12:00pm–5:00pm) supporting the Governance Team, greeting visitors, handling phone enquiries, screening calls, assisting with chapel and meeting room bookings, mail and deliveries, courier coordination, and general administration. Requires strong customer service focus, professional communication, and high computer-literacy (MS Office). Offers pro rata salary around AU$66,667–$71,484 plus benefits and options for flexible work arrangements where operationally appropriate. Mandatory to provide two professional references and pass a national criminal history check and 100 points of identification; eligibility to work in Australia is required.
Required Qualifications
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to develop new skills in other computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise workloads
- Three years or more experience in a reception/office environment/administrative support with high call volume
