Job Summary
Receptionist at Capita HAAS site in Newry, responsible for greeting visitors, managing security and daily appointments via CRM/PRS, handling documentation and scheduling, maintaining CRM/PRS and H&S systems, and delivering high-standard customer service while ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. Must understand local transport options and provide directions to claimants and families; role includes office administration, data entry, stock management, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a receptionist and customer service (customer facing)
- Have good planning and organisational skills
- Must be IT literate, MS teams’ word, outlook and CRM systems
- Experience of conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written
- Customer service ethos and be of a friendly disposition
- Initiating contact with claimants, their companions and all visitors and responding to requests
- Be able to attend all training and development courses
- Be attentive, polite and approachable at all times
- Have excellent time management skills and be punctual
- Be willing and able to work without supervision
- Be a good listener, understanding and helpful and provide a professional service
