Job Summary
Receptionist and business-office support role focused on delivering friendly, professional front-desk service. Responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing calls via paging/telephone system, taking messages, and providing administrative support as assigned. The role involves aiding team members, supporting service quality, and adhering to center policies, with training and orientation to maintain licensure and certification as needed. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience; healthcare-setting experience is preferred. The position is full-time and located at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN, within the CommuniCare family of post-acute care facilities.
