Job Summary
Greet visitors and manage multi-line telephone systems by answering calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring callers. Operate office equipment including copiers and scanners, coordinate meeting arrangements with technical resources, and handle mail, file organization, and supply stocking. Assist with expense reports, update client information in systems, and prepare daily cash receipt deposits. Work full-time in-person hours from 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday to complete assigned projects. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Displays superior verbal and written communication skills, including advanced knowledge of current grammar and punctuation standards
- Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals
- Ability to effectively utilize multi-line telephone system
- Full-time, in-person position with work hours from 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
