Job Summary
The Receptionist operates the telephone and communication center, serving as the primary information and referral source for residents, staff, and departments. Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls, providing information, welcoming visitors, managing mail, coordinating guestroom reservations, and performing clerical duties. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, related experience, and the ability to communicate effectively. A Criminal Background check and medical certification are required to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Required Qualifications

- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Criminal Background check
- Medical certification from a licensed healthcare provider
Additional Requirements
- Must provide a medical certification from a licensed healthcare provider confirming that the employee is free from communicable disease including TB in compliance with state regulation at hire and annually thereafter.
