Job Summary
Receptionist at Tulsa branch balancing front-facing hospitality with administrative support. This role greets visitors, manages sign-in and access, coordinates meetings and events (including catering and conference-room prep), maintains calendars, handles office supplies and vendor interactions, provides cross-functional administrative support (documents, filing, data entry, records maintenance), assists with basic billing tasks, and oversees shipments/mail. Requires strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
