Job Summary
Greet all customers, provide prompt and friendly service both over the phone and in person, and assist a variety of individuals. Manage daily tasks including inventory replenishment, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining merchandise to build and deliver a high degree of customer service. Prioritize workload, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude while supporting the store team's goal of creating the best shopping experience. This role supports Bi-Mart's community-based values and offers work-life balance for employees within the Northwest region.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, front-desk receptionist, courtesy clerk, or other retail positions
- Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
