Job Summary
Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries, assisting customers with service, sales, or parts questions while updating their information and scheduling appointments. Manage customer databases, handle follow-ups and outreach, and support the sales and service teams as needed. This hourly position at Tucson Subaru, a top-performing national dealership, requires strong phone etiquette and a passion for customer service. Candidates must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
