Job Summary
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at an architecture/design firm in Edmonton, AB. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exposure to accounting functions such as invoicing, AP, AR, or bookkeeping is an asset
