Job Summary
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant providing essential office support; responsibilities include answering incoming calls, greeting clients and guests, coordinating conference rooms and catering, managing security sign-ins and risk evaluations, maintaining conference setup, assisting attorneys and staff, and performing back-up administrative tasks.
