Job Summary
Provide efficient guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information. Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard professionally and politely, consistently striving to provide total guest satisfaction. Maintain strict security procedures for guest confidentiality and financial transactions; manage guest charges and ensure timely posting. Communicate effectively with guests and hotel departments, greet callers according to policy, and transfer or respond to requests promptly. Promote hotel facilities through product knowledge and selling skills; assist with reservations screening and internal communications. Participate in training and development, induct new staff, and uphold brand standards and procedures. Proactively deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive hotel experience for guests and colleagues. Opera system experience and 1-2 years related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred
- 1-2 years related experience
- Experience handling multiple phone lines
- Strong customer service skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Opera experience required
