Job Summary
Receptionist for the Integrated Facilities Management team responsible for front-of-house duties, greeting staff and visitors, directing to events/meetings, managing loaner badges, coordinating internal meetings, supporting events and tours, maintaining confidentiality, and performing general office tasks. Ideal candidate has front-of-house/concierge experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and proficiency with computer tools to support daily operations and event coordination.
