Job Summary
Lead and supervise the daily shift on Reception, ensuring all guests are met with courtesy and complaints are handled promptly. Make staff on duty aware of daily availability and handovers, while coordinating training and development needs within the team. Ensure hotel procedures are adhered to at all times and manage VIPs and group arrivals. Undertake Duty Management shifts and communicate with other departments to verify correct procedures are followed. Work without supervision and maintain high standards for all receptionists.
