Job Summary
Receives visitors, obtains their name and business nature, and directs them to the appropriate destination. Operates the switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening, and forwarding calls while recording and relaying information. Processes required data for services, manages data entry and emails, and maintains a professional appearance and neat work area. Performs other duties as assigned. This role supports Traveland RV Supercentres, one of Canada's largest RV dealers, providing quality service for new and used RV sales and parts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Must be efficient
- work well with others
- have good phone manners
- Must be responsible
- Must have a winning attitude
