Job Summary
Main Responsibilities: Answer phone calls professionally and in a timely manner; photocopying, filing, scanning, and completing general administrative tasks; manage email correspondence; maintain an organized workspace; plan and organize meetings; assist with company events; support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Rippling, etc. and learn new systems as required. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and take initiative; friendly, positive, and engaging personality; professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person); quick learner with solid computer skills; reliable, adaptable, and proactive; valid driver’s license and vehicle; Level 1 First Aid. Salary: $18.50-$20 per hour. Benefits include Dental and Extended Health; On-site parking. Job Type: Full-time; Location: Richmond, BC (In-Person).
