Reception Multi Task Night Team Member

Welcomes guests with care and attention, handles guest complaints and remarks, promotes the ALL loyalty program, assists with guest feedback, and maintains knowledge of hotel facilities and services. Responsibilities include taking reservations and upselling to maximise average room rates, patrolling and reporting health and safety hazards, ensuring hotel security, conducting night audit and daily closure, managing F&B offerings during night shifts and breakfast setup, and maintaining clean public areas while working to meet hotel quality and financial targets. Requires training attendance during daytime, and availability to work weekends and public holidays. Permanent night shift averaging 40 hours per week; previous customer service experience and hotel experience are preferred. Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
