Manage the reception team to ensure they are on point, ready to interact with guests using the latest technology to deliver a flawless experience. Oversee the welcoming reception areas as the epicentre of action, serving as the first point of contact for guests and providing advice or assistance. Solve any problems for guests proactively while motivating and engaging others to maintain high service standards across our 30 UK hotels and leisure clubs.
