Job Summary
Reception Lead responsible for serving as a key representative of Moss with ownership of the reception workflow, CRM usage, member engagement, onboarding, and cross-department collaboration. The role oversees front-of-house operations, supports membership experiences and sales activities, and manages a team of Reception colleagues. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort with CRM systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. The position is fully in-person at the New York club location (520 Fifth Avenue, NY 10036) with shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers an hourly wage of $34.00 with overtime eligibility under FLSA.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in hospitality, guest services, or membership-driven environments preferred, with past roles in leading a small team
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
- Comfort with digital systems and a willingness to learn CRM platforms
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and discretion
- Collaborative, thoughtful, and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
