Job Summary
Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way while operating food and beverage outlets. Prepare food, clean, tidy, and restock back-of-house areas, ensuring all bills and payments are processed correctly. Adhere to food safety, licensing, and health policies while supporting crew leaders and promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. This fast-paced role requires high energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a service-focused environment. You will work across Hotel Co 51's portfolio of Moxy properties in Europe, contributing to a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests feel at home.
