Job Summary

Reception & Administration Officer responsible for general reception duties, ad hoc and project-based administration, answering phones politely and assisting with general enquiries, payroll and roster management support, managing staff telephone directory, meet and greet visitors, assisting with meeting room bookings and room setup, handling mail and courier services, filing and ordering supplies, issuing staff ID access cards, maintaining the security access register, attending training, and performing other administrative duties. Requires strong customer service, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to follow directives per care plans in a person-centred aged care environment. Experience with aged care and knowledge of rostering/administration systems is valued; UKG Kronos and FMR experience is highly regarded. Mandatory checks: NDIS Worker Screening Check and nationally coordinated criminal history check.

Required Qualifications

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement
  • Nationally coordinated criminal history check (valid within 6 months)
